        The controller refers to the important part in the electric vehicle that controls the motor speed, and it is also the core part of the electric vehicle's electric system. It mainly controls the motor speed, and it is the core part of the electric vehicle's energy management system and various signal processing. In the electric vehicle industry, the controller is required to have a series of functions such as brake power failure, undervoltage protection, undervoltage back appreciation setting overcurrent protection and so on.

        Electric vehicle controller can also be divided into brushless controller and brush controller. Brushless controller relies on electronic phase conversion, and its circuit complexity is much higher than that of brush controller, so its manufacturing cost and technology are much higher than that of brush controller.

        Brush controller detection method:

        (1) disconnect power supply with diode transmission detection

        A red meter pen to the controller power input positive pole, black pen to the negative pole, charging phenomenon is normal, short circuit damage.

        B. The red pen is connected to the negative pole of the controller's power input, while the black pen is connected to the red, yellow and green, and the short circuit is damaged.

        C the red pen should be connected to the negative pole of the controller power input, and the black pen should be connected to the negative pole of the motor with 400-700 parameters.

        D the red watch pen is connected to the negative pole of the motor, the black watch pen is connected to the positive pole of the controller, and there should be 100-300 parameters.

        E turn red, black, green, there should be no short circuit.

        (2) power measurement

        F test whether the positive and negative terminals of the power input of the controller have voltages above 36V and 48V.

        G test whether the transfer power supply has a voltage above 5V.

        H turn the handle to detect whether the voltage varies between 0.8v and 4.2v.
